| I've had the Peter Pan Syndrome for a very long time and feel like I still do, but it's wearing off (*gasp* dun dun DUN!!!!).
I feel like since I turned 21 and finished school and whatnot, I've accomplished a lot of things and I feel like I'm all grown up...sorta. I guess it's more of a transition. I feel very free, but obligated to find a job now that I'm done :( I really just want to take a break, but I haven't had a decent one since I finished. I took up a temporary (literally temporary, I'll be done next Wednesday) job at my cousin's work place and it's been taking all of my time. I've been working full days and it's not even that interesting. It's money though...something that I snatched up because I knew I wasn't going to be making money right when I got out.
I've learned a lot of things from there though and I got to have my own cubical :D Since I started working there, my wardrobe started to change. I think it was the change that I've always wanted. I'm slowly getting rid of all my t-shirts with cute animals on it (especially my pandas ones ;___; RIP...) and getting rid of all my colorful socks. I'm trying really hard to dress a little more feminine (Nguyen, I bet you're getting a kick out of this). I've even started to take some interest in make up. No, not all that clown crap. Natural is what I go for. I'm also getting rid of most of my stuffed animals (goodbye pandas). I'm in the process of redecorating my room again now that I have the time (sort of). I can finally sift through everything and throw away what I don't need.
My goals for 2009 are almost being reached :) It may not be exactly where I want to be, but it's good enough. I still need to learn how to dance (a friend is teaching me to salsa and to bboy...though I do need to get fit now :\ ) and...I'm not sure what my other ones were, but I know that it was dancing and more feminine without being a ditz. I do think I try to balance those out. The more feminine I try to be, the more I play games, go drinking, and hang out with the guys @__@ What is up with that haha
So I feel like I've grown up a bit even though I still act like a 16-year old dork.

| School is finally over. After I get my clearance form...cleared, I'll be able to receive my diploma and degree :) I just had my portfolio show on Wednesday and it was crazy! Well, don't take my word for it. It was a very tiring day. Lame thing is that I don't get to walk until December and I actually found a guy that I thought was cute and interesting, but he has a girlfriend whom I think he's been with for a while.

| So I'm finally "up-to-date" with technology. I got a computer upgrade about three weeks ago and am now running on 4GB or RAM  along with 1TB or space :) My computer is up and running with no problems yet. I can open all my Adobe programs and not have them LAG. I can open more than one Adobe program and not have to swear because the other crashes @___@ Believe me, this is a HUGE upgrade. I went from running on a 512MB to 4GB of RAM!
So enough geeking out about that...I also got an upgrade on my PHONE! haha XD
After I lost my phone, I got one from my cousin. It was an unlocked Samsung phone (don't know the model) and had very limited options (been using it for like a year now or so). I didn't have a text plan before either so I would always go "WTF STOP TEXTING ME!" and text a reply back...but now, I have a new phone with awesome specs. It's not a really expensive one like a G1 or Blackberry, but it's still pretty cool. Better than what I had before. I got a Nokia 5310; White and Aqua
It's pretty thin. A lot thinner than I thought it would be and it's really light. I like it a lot. Along with the physical phone upgrade, we upgraded out plan :o Got unlimited text now. You know what that did?
Yeah. It created an explosion of texting. Text text text text tweet text tweet tweet tweet AIM text tweet All today I couldn't stop doing it! I found myself tweeting about waiting for ramen. I tweeted about how I was excited to eat. I tweeted about how good the food was. O___o Then I also tweeted about how I broke my sandal! How embarrassing by the way...
I swear, if I didn't get a Twitter account, I wouldn't be texting so much...well, maybe not. I found myself on mobile AIM too. So a major upgrade in technology within a month already (major to me).
Next upgrade: Clothes haha I'm too broke for clothes.

| I like them. They're funny. I don't know why some people hate on them :( They're quite literal, but they're still funny. I guess it's because I'll laugh at anything (even my own jokes).
I put this up on my facebook status today : No Doubt I'm going to hear The Sounds of Paramore
hahaha Funny, right? Because I went to see No Doubt tonight with The Sounds and Paramore opening :) Last week I also did a couple of lame ones for the Pat Benatar concert (involving the titles of her songs). Little did I know, the concert tour was called "Call Me Invincible" because Blondie was also part of the tour :D Get it? haha "Call Me" by Blondie and "Invincible" by Pat Benatar XD Man I feel lame right now!
Anyway, I'll probably blog about the concert sometime later. Right now I'm so sore and tired and have to wake up to do some last minute homework :( But thank goodness I don't have my night class tomorrow. Lame discussion class.
I'm just a girl that's feelin' hella good [and wants to] keep on dancing, but is going to sleep now.
